A public consultation for each of the initiatives is open for feedback (closing 20/11/2025), but in addition, the Commission wishes to gather input from interested associations, non-profit organisations, and industry representatives on the barriers they face in the energy transition and the possible actions needed at European level to accelerate the electrification of industry, buildings and transport and the decarbonisation of the heating and cooling sector.

The 3 first sessions will be dedicated to the electrification in the energy system, in industry and in transport, while the 2 last sessions will discuss heating and cooling.
