Register for INSE’2025 Matchmaking & Pitching sessions
The international INSE’25 conference will bring together experts and practitioners to discuss about sustainable construction in the context of the ongoing and upcoming climate changes in Europe (access the agenda here).
Across two focused sessions, the conference will explore the role of sustainable and safe materials in construction. A first high-level panel of construction experts will address if sustainable materials in construction have a future in Poland and Europe, while international perspectives and cross-nation insights will broaden the conversation on shared challenges and opportunities. The second panel discussion will highlight importance of international cooperation to build strength and resilience Europe.
The participants are also invited to take part in the matchmaking and pitching sessions.
Matchmaking session
The event will offer possibility of pre-arranged one-to-one meetings which will be a great opportunity to meet a potential partner and create fruitful business opportunities. The aim of INSE’25 is to become a networking platform around the calls of Horizon Europe in the field of obtaining funds for the implementation of R&D projects. There will be a space for participants to establish relationships, search for partners for projects, and exchange experiences.
Pitching session
Innovative technologies in construction will be the main topic of the pitching session. The session is open to all companies, organizations, and universities operating in the construction sector, which are encouraged to present projects, research, technological solutions, and case studies. - Horizon-CL5-2026-02-D4-02 - Smarter buildings as part of the energy system for increased efficiency and flexibility
- Horizon-CL5-2026-02-D4-03 - Innovative pathways for low carbon and climate resilient building stock and built environment
- Horizon-CL5-2026-02-D4-04 – Innovative approaches for the deployment of Positive Energy Districts
- Horizon-CL5-2026-02-D4-05 - Optimal combination of low embodied carbon construction products, technical building systems and circularity principles for climate neutral buildings
Each presentation will be a maximum of 4-5 minutes and 4-5 slides (template here). Please send your presentation by 15 October to bpkenergia@wit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl, with "INSE25 - pitching presentation" in the subject line.
