Boosting economic recovery with the energy transition - this was the motto of the World Sustainable Energy days 2021! The conference presented how we can make a green recovery happen in practice and how renewable energy and energy efficiency can contribute as an investment engine. The "special edition" of the WSED was held from 21-25 June 2021 in Wels/Austria as a hybrid event: over 650 experts from 62 countries participated in the conference, over 100 of them on-site in Wels.

The next edition of the World Sustainable Energy Days is only 8 months away! The conference will return to its usual timing and be held from 2 - 4 March 2022. The deadline for the Call for Papers is 12 October 2021.
